ANSWER:

Because satan wants you to make as many sins that would guarantee your seat in hell and he is willing to help you wake up for fajr as he knows that once these sins become deeply rooted in your heart, you will leave fajr and all other prayers as well. 

He is investing heavily on you, may Allah protect us! 

QUESTION: When i commit sins im able to wake up for Fajr When i dont commit sins im not able to wake up for Fajr (i dont even hear the alarm) Why is that?
