ANSWER:

The blood that remains in the animal after slaughtering is halal and is not najis.

What’s forbidden is the blood that comes out when you slaughter the animal. 

QUESTION: When I buy meat and chicken from the butchers, and before I wash the meat, I notice that the meat still has blood everywhere. Is this meat blood impure, if it goes on my clothes will my clothes become impure?
