ANSWER:

It is a confirmed sunnah that one prays witr whether residing or traveling as the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to do.

If one combines isha to maghreb, one can offer witr after that without any problem and without the need to wait until it is time for isha

QUESTION: What is the ruling of praying Witr when travelling. How to pray witr if I am combining Maghrib and Isha. Is it compulsory to pray Witr or I can leave.
