Raise them when the imam raises them which is when the Imam rises up to his third rakah.

QUESTION: We know that in third or fourth rakah prayer after rising up from first attahiyat we need to raise our hands(rafa yadain). But when should i raise my hands when i will join the prayer in second or third rakah?
