QUESTION: We know decreasing a flats price in the paper for less government tax is cheating.But if in our country government fixes a range say 10000$-15000$ for selling flat.Can I sell a flat for 30000$ and write on the paper the price is 12000$?because if I write 30000$ they’ll not allow me to sell.
