ANSWER:

He is treated as Muslim in this life and his affair is with Allah on the day of judgment if Allah would classify him as a kafir or not.

QUESTION: When I pray, I wear a loose dress and wide pants with long socks. My skin is not visible, but if someone were very low or very far behind me, he might possibly sees my calf through the opening of the pants. Does this count as exposing the ʿawrah?

QUESTION: I live in kafir country & my father in law owns a textile shop where almost all staff are kafir. During Jumma Prayer time, Muslim staff go for prayer while non-muslim staffs runs the shop whereas in Saudi & other countries close shop at Jumma Prayer & also it’s mentioned in Quran (62:9) to leave off trade. So is it sinful to keep running business during Jumma Prayer time through non muslim staff?
