QUESTION: The Prophet SAWS said in a hadith in Sunan ibn Majah that whoever can afford it but does not offer udhiyah should not come near the place of prayer. if I did not offer sacrifice should i wait for next eid to offer before i can go to the mosque? Also can I offer zakat to make up for it?
