ANSWER:

Whoever Allah questions and interrogates, he is doomed as this interrogation means that Allah will throw him in hell.

But if Allah doesn’t interrogate him but rather simply shows him his records, most likely Allah will pardon him

QUESTION: The prophet ‎ﷺ said “He who is held to the account will be punished.” Aisha asked “Does Allah not say, Then as for he who is given his record in his right hand. He will be judged with a easy account” The prophet ‎ﷺ replied “This refers to merely presenting the records of deeds.
