ANSWER:This is not permissible. 

You must advise them to give the athaan on time as the mu’athin is entrusted with announcing the time to break fast and the sunnah is to hasten to break it.

QUESTION: The imam of the masjid has asked me to give the adhan. Everyone here uses a timetable for the adhan timings and likewise the masjid has one as well. The problem however is that the local muezzins deliberately delay maghrib adhan during Ramadan by two minutes from the time given in the timetable ‘to be safe’ and I was asked by the imam to do the same as well
