ANSWER:

If he commits acts of kufr or shirk, he can’t be her guardian.

Her guardian is the next one in command such as her paternal grand father then her brother then her paternal uncle etc

QUESTION: The father of a girl is muaddin(gives Adhan)in Hanafi mosque. He is a practicing Muslim but sometimes he visits dargahs,does shirk & his aqeedah is unclear. But his Daughter is strict follower of Quran & sunnah, she avoids kufr,bidah etc.Can this father become guardian(wali) in her daughter’s nikah?If not, what’s the solution?
