ANSWER:

Dye or food stain is not impure hence has no affect. 

If there is impurity like mathi, urine etc then you must wash the affected areas or change the ihram and wear another ihram.

QUESTION: Sheikh what to do if impurity gets on my ihram or anykind of stain for example from food or some type of dye or substance from a wet dream ?
