Leaving one single prayer out of the 5 daily prayers is an act of apostasy to many scholars of Islam.

Such a person is in danger of not being in the fold of Islam anymore. 

QUESTION: Sheikh not praying Isha or/and Fajr forever or sometimes is chracteristic of hypocrite. Meaning a person who prays other prayers but doesn’t prays this prayers ever or sometime has the person done major hypocrisy meaning he is kaafir or still Muslim with minor hypocrisy or something else?
