ANSWER:

The hadeeth is about reciting ayatul Kursi after every fard prayers as only death would be between him and entering paradise.

This is providing there are no obstacles preventing him from such a target.

But if he had things that require him entering hell, he will enter it and do his time until he is cleansed from his sins.

QUESTION: Sheihk i heard that if a person read ayat ul kursi after prayer hell fire is banned on him. Then what abt people who murdered and raped? If they read then if hellfire is banned on them isn’t it unfair to the victims? Or will they be punished first.
