QUESTION: Regarding surah as saffat ayah 169, the disbelievers say “We would have been Allah’s elite servants” is there basis in islam that people who do specific good deeds have the title of Allah’s elite servants just like the 7 people shaded on the day of judgement?

QUESTION: Im confused, you said if a person keeps sinning and repenting then Allah will accept his repentance but if he stops repenting and continues to commit that particular sin and then dies in that state, you said “he will go to hell without any doubt”. Won’t his deeds be weighed first and even if bad deeds outweigh and/or the sin is his last deed he is still under divine will and still may be forgiven?
