ANSWER:

There is no sajdah in this position and he has to be taught that, as this is an innovation and invalidates the prayer. 

QUESTION: Our Imam in our local masjid  was reciting surah  Qaf  when reched ayat number  40 he made sijda tilawat.. . Was he correct?  Because there is no prostation mark on this ayat.. he didi it two different occasions..
