ANSWER:

It can’t be used to perform wudhu as it is not water anymore! 

QUESTION: One question from Umdatul Ahkam. As long as the label “water” stays on a liquid, it can be used for purification. So can I say that If I add some fruit-tastener like Tang or something else to make a sweet mashroob, it can still be used for purification? Right?
