QUESTION: In our masjid fajr adhan is not when the break of dawn is. For example if the break of dawn is 5:25 and the sunrise is 6:55 our fajr adhan is about 6:15. I want to know is it better to pray alone when the break of dawn is or to pray with congregation much later? And if i pray fard alone in the beginning of the time can I be imam of the congregation later?

QUESTION: If there is a masjid and there is no grave inside the building of the masjid but there are multiple graves around it and the masjid and those graves are surrounded or are enclosed in a common fencing , is it permissible to pray there?
