No problem if it only has men, young children and not of women or deceased people.

QUESTION: I work in a fast food restaurant. so we have an option that if we want to buy something from restaurant, we get 50% employee discount, but sheikh when I get something from the store so my manager refuses to take money, so are these items halal for me to consume? please note that she is just a manager who works like us there& isn’t the owner of that restaurant.
