Dua qunoot is not mandatory in witr. You can do it and you can skip it if you wish.

QUESTION: Is it compulsory to make dua in witr, or we can just go straight to sujood after doing rukh in witr, because i am aware that we have to make a dua either qunoot or not, but I have seen ppl completing witr without making dua
