ANSWER:

There are no 12 rakahs for dhuhr. 

Dhuhr is only 4 rakahs and the emphatic sunnah (which is highly recommended but not mandatory) are 4 (2×2) before fard and 2 after fard. If you missed these sunnah prayers until the time of asr was due, you need to renew your wudhu to make them up.

QUESTION: In urine incontinence, as the wudu breaks after ending time. Can I pray 2 rakah nafl after the time has passed (of dhuhr 12 rakahs) or I am obliged to pray nafl (10-12th rakah) after renewing wudu
