ANSWER:

If he is as you had described and most of the worshipers agree that he is too fast, you must not pray behind him and the prayer is invalid if he doesn’t give you time to do what is obligatory in prayer. You need to offer another congregation after he finishes and pray it in a slow and nice way so that he may learn from you.

QUESTION: In congregational prayers the imam of our masjid prays so fast that we cannot bow (Ruku) and prostrate(Shijda) properly. Furthermore we have to finish our Salah till Taslim and sometimes till Tashahud. Is our prayer valid?
