ANSWER:

Many so called Muslims die in a state of disbelief or uncertainty while some disbelievers revert and accept Islam. 

Therefore, no one knows what Allah has willed for them and they have to do their best to succeed or they will be destined to hell!

QUESTION: In a video you said that we are Muslims, and Kuffar are kuffar because Allah Willed it so. So, Alhamdulillah, Allah made us Muslims but my confusion is, if kuffar are Willed to be kuffar, how are they responsible for their fate or why are they blameworthy? I am just trying to clarify my doubt/confusion, NOT questioning Allah’s decree.
