No problem as its haram to throw good food

QUESTION: Im working in cafe.they give leftovers food to charity organisations. But some days the van not come to collect food. So that day our management says to throw all food in garbage and make video of throwing for proof. But some staff keep new clean garbage bag and make video of throwing food and then take that bag out side the shop,sharing food and eat. Can i join them to eat, is this halal ?
