It is not permissible to take private tuition with the same teacher who teaches you in the morning as this is a conflict of interest unless it is conducted in the same school and supervised by it. 

QUESTION: I’m a student i take tuition from a teacher who make questions for our final exam and he gives important question to his tuition students when he explains the topic and some of the students not getting such important question. So, is sinful if I take those questions for gatting good mark or percentage, Please explain
