QUESTION: If we skip a fard part in wudu like if we forget to wash face and we remind it while washing arms or while washing foot then do we have to repeat from start?

QUESTION: Washed + scrubbed my face to remove makeup, prayed..After praying as I have pimple, I saw some make up on the dried skin of my pimple.I know in makeup scenarios one need to repeat prayer ..but I was confused as it was only on dried skin of pimple..I had time to repeat but As I was confused I didn’t..Is prayer valid, should I repeat?
