ANSWER:

As the congregation was over by the salam of the Imam, you are not required to join the feet any longer. 

QUESTION: If we are completing our missed rakahs of the Fard prayer and there some other people beside us, who are completing theirs too. Do we require to join our feet with people beside even if the no. of missed rakahs of ours and theirs is different?
