Raise your hands standing straight saying Allahu Akbar and go to ruku directly 

QUESTION: If I join salah during rukuh behind imam should I say Allahu Akbar raising my hands?? and go directly to rukuh or join my hands on my belly “read sana” and then go for ruku or sajdah or whatever the imam is doing except standing….
