ANSWER:

The time of thuhur is quite long as it may reach 3 hours. 

You must find 5 minutes in these 3 hours to go and pray without asking for permission from anyone. 

Simply pretend to need to go to the toilet and look for a place to pray and offer your prayers on time and go back to class.
