ANSWER:

You can combine gold with cash or silver with cash but not gold with silver. 

QUESTION: If I have 20g gold and some cash and few gram of silver, then do I have to combine all 3 in cash and then nisab will be that of silver and if I just have gold and cash then also do the nisab will be that of Silver?
