ANSWER:

Saying it verbally is sufficient while baring in mind that she has all the right to retract from such an agreement after sometime as it is her right to do so. 

QUESTION: I will be marrying a Second wife who is a divorcee with 1 Child. She has agreed to forfeit her Islamic right to equal time share by her own free will. Is it Islamicly sufficient for us to have only a verbal agreement to this, or should we both sign a contract between ourselves?
