Whatever you get in this life has already been predestined and written down 50 thousand years before the creation of the heavens and earth! There is no point in thinking of how things would have been had you done this or that as this is one the biggest traps of satan! Be content of what you have and if there is a chance to improve it, go ahead with it.

QUESTION: I wanted to be a government employee but due to the financial problem of my family I could not wait for government job exam and now I am school teacher. I want to know is it like, Allah wanted me to be a teacher that’s why I am a teacher? Or if I could try for a better job my destiny could have been changed?

QUESTION: If Allah knows everything what’s going to happen and sees everything, created everything and controls everything, then why does He give us the free will to choose and then let us suffer or get rewards accordingly? If He knew everything beforehand who’s going to do what, then what’s the point of all these life and hereafter? What does Allah gain from it? And why did He create it in the first place?
