QUESTION: I want to know that if anyone has a severe disease. He or She couldn’t make obligatory fasts but he is also poor so he couldn’t feed poor people as well. what will he do?

QUESTION: During Rajab 27 I know its a bidah my parents observe this , so they will not make any food during the day , i always thinks to take fast in other days like normal sunnah , Bcz of lazy i couldn’t but there will be no food on rajab 27 so I observe the fast with the intention of normal sunnah is this permissible
