Allah does not hold anyone accountable for things they do out of ignorance or forgetfulness.

QUESTION: Some days ago I saw that asr time entered. In a rush I forgot if I prayed dhurh, so I assumed that I didnt and immediately started making it up. While praying I remembered that I actually prayed it. I wanted to change my intention to asr since it’s already asr time but I wasn’t sure if I can do I, so I changed my intention to nafil. What should I do if this happens again?
