If the source of meat in your town is coming only from such a factory and you know for certain that the animal is cold dead before being slaughtered, then this is dead meat and you can’t eat from it.

QUESTION: I live in small town and there is a beef factory. I have seen that the animal is shot and they don’t slaughter the animal from the jugular vein but from the throat down. I know there an ayah that forbids us from eating dead animal and in a hadith in Sahih al-Bukhari 2236, the prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) forbade us to trade from dead meat.
