If they allowed you to live in their hostel providing you follow their regulations and you had agreed to that, you must honor your word and commitment. 

QUESTION: I live in a hostel. The hostel staff prohibited me to eat non-vegetarian food because of a religion called Jainism. As a Muslim, Should I obey them? And am I sinful if I won’t obey them?
