ANSWER:

No problem in praying this during forbidden times as it has a legitimate reason to it. 

QUESTION: I know that it is impermissible to pray nafl between asr and maghrib, but if i make wudu and pray 2 raka of the wudu sunnah because I feel Satan is whispering bad thoughts, is this also impermissible since I’m not sure if you can pray the sunnah wudu any time
