What he said is not true and illogical! One can not only drink at the time of bilal, one can eat, feast, have intercourse and everything else! 

QUESTION: I heard a sheikh saying that the Hadith about drinking from a vessel to drink till you are satisfied when adhan of fajr is being called, he said that the Hadith was speaking about the adhan of Bilal which was before the actual fajr. . So can you explain this issue.
