ANSWER:

It is permissible for a traveler to skip fasting if there is hardship for him

If there is no hardship at all, it is best for him to fast with the other Muslims. 

QUESTION: I have a trip in Ramadan where I will travel and be overseas for 10 days. Is it permissible to not fast these 10 days and make them up after Ramadan?

QUESTION: I have the habit of fasting the white days (13,14,15) every month. When I fast them on Shaban and ppl ask me if i have fasted today, I say yes so ppl assume I have fasted for Shab e Barat. So, Should I drop fasting white days this month or not? ( i fast Mondays and Thursdays anyways)
