You must do ghusl before you pray regardless of the time. You should have timed waking up to the time of fajr. 

QUESTION: I have a problem when I am sleeping sometimes I have a wet dream and ghusl becomes fared on me. but the time that I woke up was right before sunrise or a couple of minutes before. What should I do in this situation if I don’t have enough time to do ghusl or wudu?
