ANSWER:

If you made a vow to pay 30% of your income in means of charity, you can’t give any of it to your parents, your wife or your children. 

But if you did not make a vow or utter it, rather this was just an intention between you and yourself, you can give your father some of it or all of it. 

QUESTION: I decided to give my 30% salary in the path of Allah like giving money to Masajid or to help those who struggles in the way of Allah. I live with my family, my father face difficulties in paying rent and bills every month, I gives him some money, If I give that 30% also to him , Would it consider be the same or not

QUESTION: I am sponsoring a hafiz(kid memorise Quran in madrasa) in a village in Pakistan through a muslim online charity. Sheikh am I accountable or punished if they teach them non Islamic stuff like bidah or shirk?
