ANSWER:

I do not understand your question.

If he delays the ghusul till he wakes up and then makes it, this is permissible as the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to do this some times. 

But if he DOES NOT perform ghusul at all, this means that his prayer is invalid and if he denies the obligation of ghusul, he is not Muslim and you can’t stay married to him or allow him to be intimate with you! 

QUESTION: I always say my husband to have ghusl after our s*x but he never does it ..and says that I had my bath neatly so nothing problem! So now say Sheikh I will show it to my husband pls reply
