It’s a major sin to not pray on time! To leave prayer out of the fear of the people is a serious offense and a breach of Iman as you fear people more than fearing Allah 

QUESTION: Get thought to pray when outside or in vehicle i know people will look at if i pray ican face them n pray but i don’t want to do so i don’t pray now feel im fearing people thats why im not praying doing riya if don’t pray salah outside or in vehicle not fearing people i can pray if i want but dont want to do cause it’s not normal i can skip it dont want to im not ready am i commiting riya shirk
