Kufr is disbelief.

Sinning is sinning! The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said: all sons of Adam are sinful. Does this mean that they have committed kufr? Of course not!

Insisting on sinning while believing that such sins are still haram is sinful and not kufr.

QUESTION: Does openly sinning with a group of friends constitute as kuffr even though every single person believes it is haram and has remorse but they still fall into sin
