The prohibition is in buying haram meat, like pork etc

QUESTION: Can you buy fish cat kibble that also contains meat ingredients? I don’t think the meat is halal since it’s in France, but the meat-free dry cat kibble we buy costs €50, which is €40 more expensive than the fish-based kibble that contains meat.
