QUESTION: I heard that wet feet and head prior to wudu invalidates our wudu. Is this correct? If so, is the ruling same with the wudu we take during ghusl?

QUESTION: If we commit a sin we have been instructed to perfection our ablution and pray 2 rakat. what does perfecting ablution mean here? should we nake wudu again even if we already have wudu or does it mean to make wudu with the steps done the right amount of times? please explain
