ANSWER:
It is an issue of dispute as some scholars say that this is not recommended and makrooh while others say that it is prohibited. I am personally inclined to the opinion that says that this is not permissible even if one says his athkar as he did not speak to someone else nor changed his position as mentioned in the hadeeth
