ANSWER:

If they’re praying individually, on their own, no problem, however if the husband is leading the prayer or if they’re praying in congregation then she must stand right behind him and not in the same row. 

QUESTION: Can husband and wife pray together (beside each other) in a room? What’s the rulling on this?
