He will not be forgiven by Allah for his crime unless he repents and shows remorse. Still, the victim will take its rights from him on the day of judgment. 

QUESTION: Can adultery be forgiven by Allah without taking the hadd punishment for it If a r*pe victim doesn’t file a case against the r*pe convict, will the r*pe convict be forgiven by Allah? Since the r*pe victim didn’t take any action and impose punishment on the r*pe convict. Will the r*pe convict be forgiven islamically?
