ANSWER:

You can pray on the same spot or wherever you like because the ruling is only for sunnah prayer right after fard. And the ruling is same for both genders.

QUESTION: After finishing my fard prayer i moved a step aside to start pray sunnah prayer. Then for nafl prayer whether i can pray on the same place (where i prayed my sunnah prayer) or i have to move again as i did after finishing fard prayer ? And the answer will be applicable for ladies too ?
