ANSWER:

This is the sunnah and that is why we say it and probably it can be for whatever one was distracted from during his prayer. 

QUESTION: After fard prayer, we say Astagfirullah 3 times. Is it for us to seek forgiveness for the headless moments or moments we didn’t focus in Salah?
